Organizing Institution

ISOL Global Foundation (USA)

Background

The contemporary world is witnessing unprecedented technological advancement alongside growing fragmentation, ethical crises, anxiety, ecological imbalance, and a deepening search for meaning and human connection. Increasingly, scholars, educators, practitioners, and thought leaders across disciplines are recognizing the need for deeper inquiry into consciousness, human flourishing, ethical leadership, wellbeing, and integrative approaches to human development.

In response to these emerging global concerns, ISOL Global Foundation (USA) launches:

ISOL Dialogues on Consciousness, Wholeness, and Human Flourishing

The initiative seeks to create a reflective and interdisciplinary global platform for meaningful engagement among scholars, educators, practitioners, researchers, and thought leaders exploring the intersections of consciousness, ethics, leadership, wellbeing, Indian Knowledge Systems, spirituality, organizational transformation, and human flourishing.

The dialogue series aims to foster thoughtful conversations that bridge wisdom traditions, science, education, leadership, and human development while encouraging integrative and humane approaches to contemporary global challenges.

A significant milestone in this evolving journey was the launch of the ISOL Chicago Declaration in 2015 alongside the establishment of ISOL Global Foundation (USA). The Declaration emphasized the urgent need for consciousness-centered, ethical, and integrative approaches to leadership, education, human development, and global wellbeing. It called for greater harmony between inner transformation and societal progress, affirming the importance of compassion, wisdom, responsibility, and human flourishing in addressing contemporary global challenges. The present ISOL Dialogues initiative builds upon this foundational vision by creating an ongoing interdisciplinary platform for reflective inquiry, dialogue, and collaborative exploration.

Rooted in the spirit of the ISOL Chicago Declaration (2015), the initiative seeks to contribute toward the emergence of more compassionate, conscious, integrative, and humane approaches to leadership, education, organizational life, and global society.

The initiative will also serve as a foundational pathway toward the International Conference on Consciousness, Wholeness, and Human Flourishing organized by ISOL Global Foundation (USA).
