Dr. Birgit Kleymann is Professor of International Management and Business Ethics at Hamm-Lippstadt Unversity of Applied Sciences in Germany and external Doctoral Supervisor at Edinburgh Business School in Scotland. She is the author of award-winning publications in the fields of alternative organisation and ethical management and Deputy Editor of the Journal of Global Responsibility.

Professor David Weir is Professor of Intercultural Management at York St John University as well as a Foundation Fellow of the Leadership Trust and Companion of the Chartered Institute of Management. He has written extensively on Islamic philosophy as a basis for organisational leadership and management.
