Sunita Singh Sengupta is the Founder and Director of Integrating Spirituality and Organizational Leadership Global Foundation. She is the Founder of Integrating Spirituality and Organizational Leadership Foundation that aims to integrate the wisdom drawn from different faith traditions into leadership styles to bring corporate prosperity and harmony in the society. She created ISOL Research Foundation that promotes indigenous model of management and entrepreneurship pertaining to the human consciousness, mind, knowledge and integral healing. She is the Chief Mentor and Honorary Convener of Academy of Value Based Management that is part of three non- profit organizations: Integrating Spirituality and Organizational Leadership Foundation (India), ISOL Research Foundation (India) and ISOL Global Foundation (USA) and is coming up with campuses in India (Almora, Uttrakhand) and in USA (Chicago). An author of 25 books and more than four dozen articles in national and international journals of repute she is a widely traveled scholar and has lectured in various universities and business schools in different parts of the USA, Europe and the UKe. Currently she is a Professor of Organizational Behaviour, Ethics and Leadership at Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, India. She has been a Professor of Leadership & Ethics at Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi for last 12 years. Prior to this she worked for about 10 years as an Associate Professor in the Behavioural Sciences Group at Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. She is a recipient of many distinguished awards including Homi Bhabha Fellowship. She is the Founder Editor of two bi-annual international journals, i.e, International Journal on Spirituality and Organizational Leadership and International Journal on Vedic Foundations of Management.
